Interior architect & founder

I am Vili, founder of VT Interior Design. I studied and lived in London for 14 years, and that period shaped the way I see design, life and our responsibility toward the world around us.

I grew up as someone who values quality, sustainability and functionality above all. I believe interiors influence far more than how a space looks. They influence how we feel, think, rest and live every day. For me, aesthetics has never been the most important part of design. A beautiful interior has no value if it doesn’t work well for the people who live in it.

Before we talk about interiors, I believe we need to remember something much more important — that we all live on planet Earth, and it is our first home. If we respect it and take care of it, that should naturally be reflected in the decisions we make for our own homes.

I don’t believe sustainable design always means choosing the most expensive natural materials or living a perfect lifestyle. I believe in better choices. In quality over fast consumption. In furniture and materials that last. In spaces we don’t have to replace every few years.

Because when we create interiors that are made to last, we naturally create less waste, consume less and build homes with more meaning.

Interior designer

I believe life is the most important project each of us creates, and the spaces we inhabit are naturally its extension — they shape our everyday routine, habits and feelings. Perhaps that’s why the word “design” was part of my life long before it became my profession.

Even as a child, I turned old attic spaces into cozy play corners and realized that my greatest joy is breathing new life into the spaces around me. My path went through web and graphic design, building personal brands, and seven years of corporate experience in Germany — steps that showed me good design is never just a beautiful vision, but a means of transformation with the person always at its centre.

In 2020 I found my ikigai — interior design became the intersection of what I love, what I’m good at, and what is useful to others.

My curiosity about psychology, mythology, Human Design and astrology comes from a desire to understand people deeply — not as labels, but as tools that help me see the individuality behind every project.

The spaces we create inevitably shape us too. That’s why every project of mine starts with the person — their way of life, values and dreams. Because true design doesn’t just change a home — it changes the way we live in it.
